Do you accept insurance?
We are currently accepting Anthem, Aetna, and United Healthcare. We are still in the process of credentialing with major insurance plans. We also offer affordable self-pay options.
What are your self-pay rates?
New Patient appointments- $150
Follow-up visits- $95
Quick visits/ Med refills- $65
Do you offer same-day appointments?
Yes, Same-day appointments are available based on availability.
What ages do you see?
We provide care for patients of all ages.
How do virtual visits work?
Appointments are conducted securely online using a HIPAA- compliant platform. You can join from your phone, tablet, or computer.
Do you prescribe medication?
Yes, when medically appropriate, prescriptions can be sent to your preferred pharmacy. We will however not prescribe controlled substances.
